The FDA notified the public that Fossil Fuel Products and Jobbers Wholesale are voluntarily recalling some sexual enhancement supplements after they were found to contain several undeclared drug ingredients.

Fossil Fuel Products is recalling RezzRX (Lot # QL110714A102 and # QL110408B046). The FDA found these products to contain undeclared hydroxylthiohomosildenafil (both lots) and aminotadalafil (Lot QL110714A102 only).
Both ingredients are part of FDA approved drugs to treat erectile dysfunction. These ingredients may interact with nitrates found in prescription drugs and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels.
RezzRX is packaged in 1 capsule blister cards and 20-count bottles. RezzRX was distributed nationwide through websites and retail stores in Georgia.
Jobbers Wholesale is recalling Rhino 5 Plus (Lot # KWAKPMC030505175957019), Maxtremezen (Lot # JBP-L-1270-70), and Extenzone (Lot # KWAKPMC03050517). The FDA found these products to contain undeclared desmethylcarbondenafil and dapoxetine.
Desmethylcarbondenafil is a PDE-5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction. It can interact with nitrates found in prescription drugs and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels.
Dapoxetine, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), is not an FDA-approved ingredient and therefore its safety and efficacy have not been established.
Rhino 5 Plus, Matremezen, and Extenzone are packaged in 1 capsule blister packs and were distributed to California retail customers from June 1, 2013 to November 7, 2013.
