Lowlite Investments (d/b/a Olympia Pharmacy) notified the public of a voluntary recall of all sterile drug products compounded by the pharmacy that have not reached the listed expiration date. This recall is a result of concerns associated with quality control procedures that affected sterility assurance.

If a sterile product is compromised, patients are at risk for serious and possibly life-threatening infections.
The recall affects all sterile products that have been supplied by Olympia Pharmacy with a Use By date of 9/25/2013 or earlier. Olympia Pharmacy will be notifying customers by phone, fax, or mail to return the products to the pharmacy. The full list of recalled items can be found here on the FDA Recalls page.
