Johnson & Johnson-Merck Consumer has voluntarily recalled units of Infants’ Mylicon Gas Relief Dye Free (simethicone) non-staining drops due to the possible presence of metal fragments. The Infants’ Mylicon Gas Relief Dye Free drops affected by this recall were sold in 1 oz. bottles distributed after October 5, 2008.

Infants’ Mylicon Gas Relief Dye Free drops are indicated for the treatment of flatulence.
