The FDA is advising consumers not to purchase or use MV5 Days, a product marketed for sexual enhancement.
FDA laboratory analysis confirmed the undeclared presence of sildenafil in the supplement. Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra (sildenafil citrate; Pfizer), an FDA approved drug used to treat erectile dysfunction. Sildenafil may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs such as nitroglycerin. This may result in lowered blood pressure to dangerous levels. Nitrates are often taken by male patients with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease.

Consumers are to stop using this product immediately and discard it. MV5 Days has been sold on various websites and in some retail stores.
