FDA warns of dangerous ingredients in Slim-30 Herb SupplementThe FDA is warning consumers that Slim-30 Herb Supplement, an appetite suppressant for weight loss, contains undeclared N-Desmethyl sibutramine and traces of sibutramine. Sibutramine is known to substantially increase blood pressure and/or pulse rate in some patients and may present a significant risk for patients with a history of coronary heart disease, CHF, arrhythmias or stroke. The FDA has not approved this product, therefore the safety and effectiveness of the product is unknown.
Consumers who have Slim-30 Herb Supplement in their possession should stop using it immediately and contact their healthcare provider if they experience any adverse effects that may be related to use of the product.
