Univfy Inc. announced the introduction of PreIVF, an online prognostic test for patients considering in vitro fertilization (IVF) for the first time.

PreIVF uses information from a patient’s medical records to provide a personalized prediction of a patient’s chances of having a baby with a first IVF treatment. Key factors analyzed in the test include body mass index, age, clinical diagnoses, laboratory or ultrasound prognostic tests such as Serum Day 3 FSH or antral follicle count, and the male partner’s age and sperm count. The PreIVF test predictions are proven to be more accurate than conventional reporting by most websites and agencies using patients’ age as a primary factor.

Women aged <42 years considering their first IVF treatment may be candidates for this test. Each test costs $250 and can be accessed here.
