Poll: Should Stool Banks Be Under FDA Regulation?

The nation’s first stool bank has opened at MIT to help treat patients with Clostridium difficile. The FDA has stated that it will not go after physicians performing fecal transplants, despite initially vowing to treat fecal transplants as biologic drugs. In your opinion, should fecal transplants be treated the same as biologic drugs, which require an Investigation New Drug Application (IND) and clinical trials?
