Nanohealth announced the launch of the nanopause Bolero, a non-hormone product cleared by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to relieve symptoms of menopause such as hot flashes and night sweats.
The idea for nanopause Bolero came from an initial 6-week trial involving operating room nurses who applied precise temperature nano-cooling to certain areas of their upper body. Compared to the cold temperatures from ice or gel, nano-cooling provided the right temperature to calm the body.
The patent pending technology consists of highly refined alkane hydrocarbon synthesis of heat absorbing molecules. It works by gently pulling heat away from the body and providing therapeutic relief at an ideal temperature. It is designed to conform to the user’s upper body.
The nanopause Bolero is latex-free and non-toxic. Also, the smooth cooling side contains an antimicrobial agent. After charging in a refrigerator or freezer, it is designed to last ~90 minutes. The product can be ordered here.
