MyKidz Iron Supplements Available Again

Tris Pharma announced that it has acquired and relaunched the MyKidz Iron product line. MyKidz Iron supplements are formulated with the iron complexed into a polymeric matrix to reduce the metallic taste of iron and lessen the staining of teeth. Additionally, MyKidz Iron supplements are dye-, alcohol-, sugar-, and gluten-free.

MyKidz Iron supplements are available in a berry/banana fruit flavor in the following liquid suspension formulations:

• MyKidz Iron – available OTC, each 2mL dose contains 10mg of elemental iron, 1500 IU of vitamin A, 35mg of vitamin C, and 400 IU of vitamin D
• MyKidz Iron 10 – available OTC, each 1.5mL dose contains 15mg of elemental iron
• MyKidz Iron FL – available by prescription, each 2mL dose contains 10mg of elemental iron, 1500 IU of vitamin A, 35mg of vitamin C, 400 IU of vitamin D, and 0.25mg of fluoride
