MiddleBrook to launch Moxatag tablets

Moxatag (amoxicillin extended-release) 775mg tablets will be made available by MiddleBrook Pharmaceuticals in the beginning of March 2009. It is an extended release formulation of amoxicillin for the treatment of tonsillitis and/or pharyngitis in patients ≥12 years of age.
