Fusilev available for methotrexate rescue

Spectrum has launched the folate analog Fusilev (levoleucovorin injection). Fusilev is used to reduce toxicity of high-dose methotrexate (MTX) therapy in osteosarcoma and to decrease the toxicity and counteract the effects of impaired MTX elimination or inadvertent overdose of folic acid antagonists.
