Erythromycin ophthalmic ointment available in additional package sizes

Fera Pharmaceuticals announced that erythromycin ophthalmic ointment is now available in a 3.5g package size in addition to the 1g unit-dose tubes that were already available. The 3.5g package size is available as a single tube or as a 24-count Hospital Pak, which is a unique packaging configuration provided only from Fera.

Erythromycin ophthalmic ointment is indicated for the treatment of susceptible superficial ocular infections involving the conjunctiva and/or cornea and for the prophylaxis of ophthalmia neonatorum due to N. gonorrhoeae or C. trachomatis.
