Cloud9 Anti-Snoring System Approved for Adults

inSleep Health announced that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has cleared its Cloud9 Anti-Snoring System to reduce or eliminate asymptomatic (“simple”) snoring in adults.

Cloud9 Anti-Snoring System provides continuous low positive airway pressure through a sports-styled, novel air circuit with a small nasal interface. The NightCap Fit System headgear allows for freedom of sleep positions. The first-of-its-kind small Butterfly Nasal Interface is lightweight and seals without penetrating the nostrils. The Air Flow Unit is compact, portable, and contains the fan and HEPA certified filters. Clinical trials showed marked reductions and even complete elimination in habitual snorers without sleep apnea.

Cloud9 Anti-Snoring System will be available by prescription in 2016.
