As a certified Nurse Practitioner, you may qualify for ONE complimentary subscription to the publication: Nurse Practitioners' Prescribing Reference, published quarterly, provided you meet the ALL the following listed criteria.

How to qualify for a complimentary subscription:

Occupation: Full Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife in the U.S.
{Sorry, RN's and students are not eligible.}
Practice Setting: Not applicable
Specialty: Adult Health, Gerontology, Family, Ob/Gyn or Women's Health, Pediatrics, Psychology, Nurse Midwife
Additional Requirement: Copy of license must be provided with application.

When you will receive your complimentary subscription
Nurse Practitioners' Prescribing Reference is a quarterly publication; therefore, the first issue will not arrive until the next quarter, depending upon your date of application.  For the approximate date of your first issue, see schedule below:

Mailing Dates

Approx. mail date (allow 2 weeks for delivery)	May 15	Aug 15	Nov 15	Dec 15
If you cannot wait for the next publish date, a single copy of the current edition can be purchased.

Claim a missed or damaged issue
We do not generally replace missed issues unless it is damaged by the mailing process or missing pages. We will send you a postpaid envelope to return the damaged copy back to us with your replacement. To claim an issue due to damage or misprint, please call 646-638-6062 (M-F, 9am-5pm EST).
