Indications for ROXILOX:

Moderate to moderately severe pain.

Adult Dose for ROXILOX:

Individualize; usually 1 cap every 6 hrs as needed; max 8 caps/day.

Children's Dose for ROXILOX:

Not recommended.

Pharmacological Class:

Opioid + analgesic.

Warnings/Precautions:

Head injury. Increased intracranial pressure. Acute abdominal conditions. Renal or hepatic impairment. Hypothyroidism. Addison's disease. Urethral stricture. Debilitated. Drug abusers. Labor and delivery. Pregnancy (Cat.C). Nursing mothers.

Interactions:

Potentiation with alcohol, CNS depressants, tricyclics, MAOIs, anticholinergics.

Adverse Reactions:

High abuse potential, dizziness, sedation, drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, dysphoria, constipation, respiratory depression, rash, pruritus.
