Adult dose for PRILOSEC OTC

Swallow whole. Take before eating in the AM. ≥18yrs: 20mg once daily for 14 days; may repeat 14-day course every 4 months.

Children's dosing for PRILOSEC OTC

≤18yrs: not recommended.

Precautions for PRILOSEC OTC

Pregnancy (Cat.C). Nursing mothers: not recommended.

Interactions for PRILOSEC OTC

May potentiate diazepam, warfarin, tacrolimus. Antagonizes atazanavir (monitor). May alter absorption of pH-dependent drugs (eg, ketoconazole, itraconazole, digoxin).
