Potentiation with alcohol, other CNS depressants, MAOIs, tricyclic antidepressants, anticholinergics.

Lightheadedness, dizziness, sedation, nausea, vomiting, euphoria, dysphoria, constipation, urinary retention, rash; overdosage: respiratory depression, hepatotoxicity.
