Indications for NUMOISYN LOZENGES:

Dry mouth (xerostomia).

Adults and Children's Dose:

Dissolve 1 lozenge in mouth. Repeat as needed; max 16 lozenges/24 hours.

Pharmacological Class:

Sialogogue.

Contraindications:

Lozenges: Fructose intolerance.

Warnings/Precautions:

Liquid: Irritable bowel syndrome or diverticular disease, or high linseed diet: may experience abdominal discomfort.

Adverse Reactions:

Lozenges: GI upset (overdosage). Liquid: Difficulty swallowing, altered speech, taste changes.
