Granulex Aerosol Spray is indicated for decubitus and varicose ulcers, and debridement. It works by relieving pain and promoting healing, debriding eschar and necrotic tissue physiologically; stimulating the vascular bed; improving epithelization by reducing premature epithelial desiccation and cornification; and reducing odor from malodorous necrotic wounds.

Both the 2oz and 4oz aerosols have been discontinued.
