Istodax approved for cutaneous T-cell lymphoma
The FDA has approved Istodax (romidepsin for injection, from Gloucester Pharmaceuticals), a histone deacetylase inhibitor, for the treatment of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) in patients who have received at least one prior systemic therapy.
