Active peptic ulcer. GI spasm. Hyperthyroidism. Urinary tract obstruction. Parkinsonism. Pregnancy (Cat.C). Nursing mothers.
Local irritation, ciliary spasm, ciliary and conjunctival injection, headache, induced myopia, reduced nighttime visual acuity; retinal detachment, lens opacity (rare). Systemic cholinergic effects if absorbed systemically.
