Why don't I receive Monthly Prescribing Reference before the first of each month?
Many magazines send "next month's" issue prior to that actual
month. To allow for the most current information to be published, we
delay actually printing the book as long as possible. Then the book is
shipped to you during the first week of that month, periodical class,
which generally takes 5-10 days for delivery.
What is my subscription account number?
In the upper left hand corner, directly above your name on the
address label on the front of your book, you will find your subscriber
account number. To expedite service and accuracy, include this number
in all correspondence.
When does my subscription expire?
In the upper right hand corner of the address label on the front
of your book, you will find your expiration date. (e.g. Dec 01 for
monthly editions or Summer 01 for quarterly publications, etc...)
How do I change the address for my paid subscription?
Please note that the post office does not continue to forward
periodical class mail. Therefore it is important to update your address
at least 8 weeks before moving to ensure uninterrupted service.
