To utilize the Compare Function on eMPR.com, please follow the instructions below:

OPTION 1
1. Open a drug monograph (from the search bar at the top of the home page or by selecting a Therapeutic Category>Section>Subsection>Drug).


2. When a drug is selected, each monograph has "COMPARE TO SIMILAR DRUGS", "ADD TO CLIPBOARD" and "VIEW CLIPBOARD" at the top right corner.


3. Select "COMPARE TO SIMILAR DRUGS" or "ADD TO CLIPBOARD" & "VIEW CLIPBOARD".

a. COMPARE TO SIMILAR DRUGS: Drugs from the same therapeutic subsection can be selected and compared
• i. Select the boxes of the drugs that you want to compare and then click on "compare" at the top right corner of the drop down window. This will
           automatically open up to the compare page.
  
  

• b. ADD TO CLIPBOARD: Drug will be stored on the clipboard to compare at a later time.

c. VIEW CLIPBOARD
• i. This will automatically open up the clipboard page. At the top right hand corner, there are options of "SELECT ALL", "COMPARE",
           "REMOVE FROM CLIPBOARD". The user may select the drugs that they want to compare and click on the "COMPARE" link.
• ii. Once the "COMPARE" link is selected, the page will automatically change to the comparison page.

4. To remove a selected drug, click on the “X REMOVE DRUG” underneath the drug name.

OPTION 2
1. From the “FIND DRUGS” navigation bar, select the letter that the name of the drug begins with.

2. When the drug name is found on the list, there is a square box with the word “compare” hyperlinked underneath it.



3. Select the boxes of the drugs that you want to compare, and then click on “compare” underneath one of the selected boxes.

4. This will automatically take you to the comparison page.

5. To remove a selected drug, click on the “X REMOVE DRUG” underneath the drug name.
