Indications for BUCKLEY'S COUGH MIXTURE:

Cough.

Adult Dose for BUCKLEY'S COUGH MIXTURE:

12.5mg every 4 hours; max 6 doses/day.

Children's Dose for BUCKLEY'S COUGH MIXTURE:

Individualize.

Pharmacological Class:

Antitussive.

Contraindications:

Within 14 days of MAOIs.

Warnings/Precautions:

Asthma. Lower respiratory disorders. Pregnancy. Nursing mothers.

Interactions:

Hyperpyretic crisis with MAOIs.
